Event Information

Ohio-born Hannah Collins, known artistically as Scene Queen, is a Metal/Pop artist who's taking the music scene by storm with a message of inclusivity for all. Her music seamlessly blends heavy breakdowns and moshing with pink aesthetics and rhinestones. She's not here to be quiet or apologize, with lyrics that directly challenge misogynists and genre purists.Scene Queen exploded onto the scene in 2022, going viral multiple times with hits like "Pink Rover," "Pink Panther," and "Barbie & Ken."

She's widely recognized for her signature "Bimbocore" sound. Hannah's incredibly dedicated fanbase thrives on her social media, where she perfectly articulates the concept and vision behind her project. Don't let Scene Queen's colorful pink image fool you; she's as fierce as she is vibrant, packing angst into every punchy lyric.

She is the epitome of the new emo scene—a space where everyone is welcome. Her music exposes societal flaws and breaks down the walls we often build, illustrating that while this new scene may look different, "we are all pink on the inside." In 2024, Scene Queen opened for Baby Metal on a sold-out US tour. She's continuing her momentum into 2025 with her own headline tour across the US and UK, and is also slated to perform at the sold-out Warped Tour Festival, making its highly anticipated return for the first time since 2018.

SCENE QUEEN GT SIDESHOW
LION ARTS FACTORY | TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2ND

Event Information

CRICKET THE MUSICAL - 25/26

RISING FROM THE ASHES OF BAZBALL

After a triumphant tour earlier this year, Denis Carnahan is bringing his hilarious one man cult hit musical comedy show Cricket The Musical back to Adelaide on December 14 as part of his Rising From The Ashes Of Bazball national tour of 2025/26, following the visiting English cricket team around the country .

The 2025/26 cricket season is destined to be filled with controversy and pantomime, from the World Test Championship to the West Indies series, followed by the always hilarious touring English Cricketers. They’re still smarting from the Farce of the Wandering Bairstow, and sure to bring the slapstick of Bazball. Add to that the drama of last season’s Indian shoulder charges and send offs, and the burlesque of the Big Bash, and you have more comic narratives than any music theatre librettist could ever dream of!

Australia’s hardest working musical sports satirist uses his unique satirical spin to review it all, along with the game’s history of treachery, villainy, facial hair, and illegal abrasives. For almost two decades, Carnahan has been producing songs and parodies about the many colourful characters and controversies Australian sport produces. They go to air weekly on the ABC, and have previously featured on The Footy Show, Fox Sports, Triple M and many more. His songs about Stuart Broad’s sportsmanship, MCC selection policies, Mitchell Johnson’s moustache, and other sports have had millions of hits on YouTube.

Prepare yourself to boo the villains and cheer the heroes as Cricket The Musical brings the songs to life on stage, with videos, sketches and caricatures celebrating the many controversies of this summer’s matches.

DENIS CARNAHAN'S CRICKET THE MUSICAL
LION ARTS FACTORY | SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14TH

The Grade Cricketer Live

The Grade Cricketer Live

Wed, Dec 17 at 7:45 PM
Hindley St Music Hall

Event Information

Approximate Running Times: Doors - 7:00pm Start - 7:45pm Finish - TBC Sam Perry and Ian Higgins of The Grade Cricketer return to the stage for the summer of 2025/26 for their funniest, most irreverent and cutting run of live shows to date. With the old foe returning to these shores, this time it's England in their crosshairs. While trivial matters of morality, ethics, spirit and handshakes may well be on the agenda, TGC cuts straight to the heart of what this summer and The Ashes is really about: fear. Can England do the unthinkable in Australian climes and reach the summit of Test cricket and online discourse by winning away from home? Or will Australia keep their greatest rivals winless in a land girt by sea for four more years, resulting in a prize more valuable than the Urn itself: laughter? .
