Event Information

Brudenell Presents... With support from - Thomas Nicholas Band 14+ (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult) It’s been 25 years since the release of “Teenage Dirtbag”, and somehow Wheatus’ now iconic debut single is arguably the biggest it’s ever been. And to celebrate this milestone, the band are returning to the UK and Ireland in November / December 2025 - playing their debut album in its entirety each night.  The last few years have been a true whirlwind for the band. In 2022, Teenage Dirtbag became the cornerstone of a huge TikTok movement. The “Teenage Dirtbag photos” trend has now been embraced by nearly a million people, including celebrities such as Madonna, Lady Gaga, Mark Ruffalo, Lil Nas X, Jon Bon Jovi, Chevy Chase, and countless others, resulting in the hashtag #teenagedirtbag being viewed over 2 BILLION times worldwide. And if that wasn’t enough, in 2023, it surprised everyone again by re-entering the UK Top 40 charts.  Against all odds, this fresh frenzy around the 25-year-old anthem has led the band to recently perform on some of the most prestigious stages of their career: Wheatus have recently shared club, arena & festival line-ups across the world with the likes of Alice Cooper, Blondie, Busted, Everclear, Hoobastank, Living Colour, Phantom Planet, The Wallflowers, Jimmy Eat World, Dashboard Confessional, The 1975, Muse, Jack White, Blink-182, Paramore, Coheed & Cambria, and so many more. In 2023, Wheatus embarked on what might have been an unprecedented 47 date tour of the UK and Ireland that was only a few tickets shy of completely sold out. They performed at Download Festival 2024 to an audience of over 20,000. Brendan B Brown also squeezed in a “Dirtbags Across America” tour, where he played intimate acoustic shows in 49 of the 50 states (Alaska - sorry, working on it). Most recently, Wheatus did massive tours of both the USA and UK with their old friends Bowling For Soup, to some of the largest sold out crowds both bands have seen in their entire careers. The final night of their upcoming tour will be a truly special gig with Bowling For Soup and Punk Rock Factory at the one and only OVO Wembley Arena in London - an absolutely perfect way to end this incredible year.  After their 2020 plans were foiled by you-know-what, Wheatus are committing every waking moment of 2025 to traveling the world to celebrate the anniversary of their debut album that still means so much to so many. In addition to playing their full debut album each night they’ll also be taking fan requests for any other favorites from their three decade career - a ritual they’ve upheld at headline shows for almost 20 years now. It’s a joy to behold. See for yourself.

Brudenell Presents... 14+ (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult) "You are never alone with Dirty Three" - Warren Ellis, London 2025 The wait is over. Prayers have been answered. Older and meaner, sadder and totally dangerous. Dirty Three are Thirty Three years old. Come blow out the candles and help us stick a knife in the cake.”  The wait is over. Prayers have been answered. Many long years after their last visit, and hot on the heels of their critically acclaimed 2024 album release “Love Changes Everything”, the Dirty Three finally return to Europe. Already  Mick, Jim and Warren will bring their collective energies to European venues This December 2025  "For two hours, Dirty Three were the greatest band on any planet in any universe.” - Sydney State Theatre review  "It’s impossible to find flaw with the performance, though its x factor is something collectively felt. A kind of accruing, song by fiery song, of irrefutable proof as to how truly great this band is." - Sydney Opera House review -The Guardian  “Their songs, you know, maybe saved someone’s life.” They’re one of the world’s greatest living bands without a shadow of a doubt … It speaks straight to your heart.” - Jen Cloher (musician)  Ladies & Gentleman, from Melbourne Australia; Dirty Three

Event Information

Brudenell Presents... With support from - TaliaBle 14+ (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult) They came from the trees. Now settled in fertile east London, Snapped Ankles maintain the feral energy of the forest. Snapped Ankles outsider status has always allowed them to hold a mirror up to society. Now the boundaries are not so clear. In the seven years since Come Play The Trees was released, their cult has flourished. Second album, Stunning Luxury, saw the band invited to play the BBC 6 Music Festival and a KEXP session on the back of a sold-out UK tour which culminated with two nights at Village Underground in London. As those who have witnessed the shamanic ritual of their live shows will attest, they are a truly unique, communal experience. Forest Of Your Problems saw the woodwose bring their ancient forest rhythms and high-wire, multi-media live act to ever bigger stages - including Camden’s iconic Roundhouse and SXSW and Desert Daze festivals. 2025 sees the release of new album Hard Times Furious Dancing and their most extensive UK and European tour to date, which includes a London show at legendary nightclub Fabric. It showcases the ‘Forest Rayve’ sound they’ve been road-testing at their club nights and select shows in 2024.

The Attic

Event Information

Brudenell Presents... 14+ (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult) NATURAL LIGHT was recorded unexpectedly over 6 magical days by four best buds in a cabin by a lake. Here, there is a return to folk music’s classic underpinnings of political resistance. A return to writing “song songs” that might be played around a campfire. Mangan has experimented rigorously with his sound over the years, but resting in his roots may be where he operates most effortlessly. There is something fitting in Mangan hitting this high watermark at this stage of his life and career. You can trace the chapters of his story in the fabric of Natural Light. You’ll find remnants of the tenacious young artist who booked tours of Europe via Myspace in the mid 2000s. The emergent songwriter who hibernated into fatherhood just as arena-folk exploded in the early 2010s. The genre-bender who has subtly challenged his audience with each album, tracing a unique trajectory of confronting and eclipsing his own art. Over two decades, Mangan has managed an enviably strong creative ethic, and his integrity as both a singer and songwriter has only strengthened with age. The big picture cohesiveness of Natural Light harkens to a pre-streaming, album-focused sensibility. Songs bleed together through focused transitions and overlapping interludes. Mangan’s lyrics act as gondolier for the journey, reassuring the listener that it’s cool to care. Dan sings for his kids, for his wife, and for a society in existential crisis.

Event Information

Please Please You & Brudenell Presents... 14+ (under 18s to be accompanied by an adult) Novelty Island [aka Tom McConnell] releases third album Jigsaw Causeway on October 3rd, 2025 via Liverpool indies 9x9 Records & Ripe Records. In support, the Jigsaw Causeway tour will be trailing across the country throughout the autumn, calling at Novelty Island strongholds of Liverpool, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and London. Inspired by the fuzzed-out, woozy production of Grandaddy, Beck and Boards of Canada, Jigsaw Causeway is a darker collection of surreal, melancholic lo-fi pop songs than previous Novelty Island releases. The album was composed by utilising fragments of music in a variety of combinations, pieced together by McConnell to create his latest body of work. This mighty puzzle began on tape in Aberhosan, then harmonium tracked in Oxford, a brass band captured in Kippax and the record's final stages tracked in Liverpool. The new album artwork also features a papier-mâché sculpture of a train featuring 50,000 jigsaw pieces created by McConnell. His unique papier-mâché animated props bring a unique aesthetic to the striking Novelty Island live show. Novelty Island’s hook-filled dream pop channels surrealism and Northern melancholy through classic songwriting. The project is led by Liverpool-based songwriter and producer, Tom McConnell, who describes the sound as “Paul McCartney having an argument with Bernard Black”. Eclectic songs inspired by childhood, motorways, trains, old televisions, cowboys, space, birds and balloons form their first two albums How Are You Coping With This Century? and Wallsend Weekend Television. Both albums have received great support from Shindig!, MOJO, BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing and Absolute Radio amongst others. The Novelty Island live band have performed at Glastonbury Festival and toured the UK extensively as a headline act and support to Sea Power, The Pale White, Scott Lavene, High Llamas and China Crisis.
