Inner Alchemy ENERGY x MEDITATION x SOUND x BREATH JOURNEY Exploring your inner world through the moon’s phases. Inner Alchemy is a monthly gathering where we meet under the new or full moon to explore the themes rising within us. The lunar cycle becomes a mirror — reflecting what needs to soften, what is ready to be released, and what is calling to be reclaimed. This is a space to shift your inner landscape with intention, clarity, and energetic support. This is a collective, pay-what-you-can offering for women who want to understand themselves more deeply, navigate emotional and energetic transitions with awareness, and reconnect with the wisdom their bodies have been holding. Each session includes a dharma talk, guided reflection, and a healing journey blending guided meditation, energetic (reiki) activation, sound, somatic practice, and breathwork. Together, these modalities help you release what you’ve outgrown, realign with your truth, and rise into your next expression. The calendar is updated seasonally so we can move through the year in rhythm with nature and with ourselves. Through energy, breath, presence, sound, and intuitive listening. I help you hear the language your body speaks on behalf of your soul. Together, we move the energy your system has been holding and create space for the inner wisdom encoded within you to awaken. My work is gentle, relational, and rooted in the deep intelligence already living inside your body. WINTER SCHEDULE March March 3: Clarity, Clearing, and Energetic Renewal March is a month of refinement. It supports sorting, purifying, and closing the loops that no longer align with who you are becoming. This gathering helps you release what you’ve outgrown and create space for the next iteration of yourself.SPRING SCHEDULE COMING SOON What to Expect • A dharma talk aligned with the energetic and lunar themes • Guided reflection for emotional and mental clarity • A healing journey blending energetic activation, sound, somatic exploration, and breathwork • Space for release, integration, and inner expansion Inner Alchemy is accessible, soulful, and pay what you can. Come to one gathering or journey through the season. Your intuition will tell you where you’re meant to be. How to Prepare Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down or sit undisturbed. Lying down is recommended for a deeper experience. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and stay for the full session to receive the most benefit. No prior experience with Reiki, somatics, or meditation is needed — simply bring an open heart. Join us via Zoom; download or update the app beforehand for a seamless connection. Connecting through Bluetooth speakers or a headset is recommended for an immersive sound experience. What Is Reiki? Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy-healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. It supports healing across the body, mind, spirit, and soul — and can be shared at a distance, transcending time and space. During Inner Alchemy, Reiki weaves through the activation journey to support ease, opening, and alignment. Your Guide Led by Jessica Diana — Intuitive Energy Guide, Divine Channel, Spiritual Mentor and Somatic Healer Jessica blends grounded soul work, energetic activation, sound, somatic practice, breathwork, and identity-led teachings to guide you into the frequency of your next-level self.
