Ulster GAA U-16 Indoor Football Blitzes 2025/26
Event Information
The Ulster Provincial U-16 Super Games Football Blitz targeted at Clubs that struggle to get numbers at U-16 level (for the 2025/26 season) or are particularly weak at this age level. Saturday 17th January (2026 season) Meadowbank Arena, Magherafelt, Co. Derry 12-2pm Only teams that have pre-registered and pre-paid will be able to participate (no refunds) Please note a club can only enter one team to this indoor blitz. You can attend multiple days but not more than one team on each day. RULES: All games will preferably be 9 v 9, but if a team has fewer players, they will be accommodated down to a minimum of 7 v 7. The ball will be live at all times, unless there is a score, no line balls and no wide ball. Players has a maximum of 2 touches before moving the ball on. All games use size 5 footballs. No managers or subs allowed in the playing area during or before the games, only players starting. No warm-ups on the pitch, games must start on time, so please organise and prepare your team before the previous game is finished. Players exhibiting bad behaviour must be replaced by another player, or the team will have to play with a player less.
