Course Details The course will take place at the advertised venue, content and running times. Full details are on the DeLever website. A DeLever qualified trainer will facilitate and manage the day. Course materials/resources will be provided on the day. Refreshments will be provided. Lunch is provided on site as there is a resident bar restaurant available. Orders will be taken on the training day. 4. Delegate Responsibilities Delegates are expected to arrive on time (we suggest 30 minutes prior to the event start time) and participate fully in the course. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements (e.g. dietary, access). 5. Cancellatons & Refunds By delegates: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be provided as follows: More than 28 days before the event: full refund. 14–28 days before the event: 50% refund. Less than 14 days before the event: no refund.
