General These Terms and Conditions apply to all training courses delivered by DeLever Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing a ticket, you (“you”, “the delegate”) agree to these terms. 2. Booking & Payment Course places are subject to availability and secured once full payment has been received via our online booking system. All event pricing includes VAT. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email. Please check details carefully and contact us immediately if anything is incorrect - hello@DeLever.com. 3. Course Details The course will take place at the advertised venue, content and running times. Full details are on the DeLever website. A DeLever qualified trainer will facilitate and manage the day. Course materials/resources will be provided on the day. Refreshments will be provided. Lunch is provided on site as there is a resident bar restaurant available. Orders will be taken on the training day. 4. Delegate Responsibilities Delegates are expected to arrive on time (we suggest 30 minutes prior to the event start time) and participate fully in the course. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements (e.g. dietary, access). 5. Cancellatons & Refunds By delegates: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be provided as follows: More than 28 days before the event: full refund. 14–28 days before the event: 50% refund. Less than 14 days before the event: no refund. By us: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or reschedule the course, you will be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. 6. Substitutions If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute delegate at no extra cost. Please notify us in writing prior to the event. 7. Liability We will take all reasonable steps to provide a safe and effective learning environment. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings at the venue. Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the course fee paid. 8. Data Protection We will handle your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Your details will only be used for course administration and, where you consent, to inform you about future events. 9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
