No Metal cutlery (inc. cheese knives) or Glass. No Selfie & Go Pro sticks. No aerosols, sunshades, tents, tables & umbrellas (even if raining). No hard coolers, eskis, cooler bags larger than cabin size 26L. No Beanbags, blow-up air chairs or lounges. Children's Policy: Under 12 years free in General Admission Lawn only. Patrons under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. .

To avoid delays patrons requiring a wheelchair bay are encouraged to book their own tickets online where available. Bays can be purchased using the interactive seating map, with the option of additional paid or Companion Card tickets in the seat adjacent to the bay.
