Flames x Adapt & Elevate Training Camp
Event Information
The Norwood Flames are excited to hold a training camp in conjunction with the team at Adapt & Elevate. This camp will go through elite basketball skills and drills to provide athletes with an all encompasing training session to improve thier games. The camp is run being led by Mitch Kirsch and Freddy Webb. Mitch is an NBA trainer who has trained over 11 NBA players including Duncan Robinson. Freddy is a current NBL1 talent and an NBL1 champion. Both Mitch & Freddy are great believers in a constraints led approach to basketball trainings, whilst also using scientific approaches with ecological dynamics! Both are cutting edge and will bring awesome ideas for player development to you! The camp is available for all players between U12s and U18s. Please note sessions times:9am-12pm for U12 & U14 Boys + Girls 1-4pm for U16 & U18 Boys + Girls
