The Sunday Space is a five-session intensive for creative thinkers in any genre, set in a workspace that serves to re-energize and propel ideas and actions. This is an opportunity to open new channels as it provides space and time for deep explorations facilitated by movement artist Damaris Ferrer. This 5-session residency begins on Sunday, August 3rd and continues each Sunday through August 31st. During each 4-hour session, The Sunday Space cohort will engage in guided practices, explorations, collaborations, and all forms of creative engagements focused on moving ideas forward.  If you’re interested in finding new inspirations and collaborators, furthering your ideas, or deepening your personal creative practices, The Sunday Space is an opportunity to open new channels through individual work or collaborating with others.  We welcome musicians, choreographers, visual artists, movement artists of all kinds, writers, photographers, actors, filmmakers, designers of all kinds, teachers, and anyone else looking to expand the possibilities of their own thoughts and ideas. Event Information

Unseen Work is a one-of-a-kind dining experience that transforms the act of eating into an immersive exploration of labor, authorship, and care. Conceived by artist Jaime Reyes in collaboration with the acclaimed Chef Sam Diaz, this installation invites guests to gather around a glowing, digitally illuminated table, five 75-inch screens seamlessly joined to form a single storytelling surface. As you enjoy a multi-course dinner, text-based stories unfold slowly across the table, revealing the hidden layers of the kitchen: quiet revisions, early ingredient decisions, unspoken rituals, and intuitive moments that shape each dish. This is not a spectacle, but a meditation on process. A custom LED mesh lamp above the table mirrors the pace and emotion of the meal, shifting subtly with each course.  Ambient sound textures, built from real kitchen sounds, create an atmosphere of calm intensity, rooting guests in the presence of the work behind the food.
