Step into a deeply restorative experience where ancient wisdom meets vibrational medicine. An acupuncture soundbath is a multi-sensory healing experience that harmonizes the body through the integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and sound healing. In TCM, the body is mapped by an intricate network of meridians—energetic channels that flow through your organs, tissues, and cells—and acupuncture works on specific meridian points to unblock stagnation, regulate Qi (vital energy), and restore balance across these internal systems. When combined with a soundbath, healing frequencies from instruments such as crystal singing bowls and gongs resonate with the body's energy field and penetrate deep into cells. These sound waves stimulate the meridian channels, amplifying the effects of acupuncture by enhancing circulation, regulating hormones, reducing inflammation, and promoting cellular regeneration. Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture uses five specific ear points to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and support emotional balance. In this ritual soundbath and ceremony Janae will provide tarot guidance and an astrological weather report for the group. Attendees will be guided through a ritual to create personal and collective intentions prior to a group sound bath and intuitive crystal healing. During the ceremony you will be immersed in the vibrations of various healing instruments. The vibrations and sounds promote deep relaxation, the release of stagnant energy, and healing. Through soothing, resonant sound, the body achieves deep relaxation and is affected on a cellular level, releasing stagnant energy, opening the flow of energy, and moving us back toward vibrational alignment with health. During the ceremony, Janae will place intuitively selected crystals on and around clients’ bodies’ to support and amplify healing during the soundbath. Prior to closing the ritual, Janae will share any psychic visions or messages that come through her for the collective. My passion, playfulness, and signature performance focused style, The Tran Method, will help Angelenos (like you) reshape their mental and physical well-being.  Born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA, my love for movement began with my 20-year classical dance training. My passion for artistic movement led me to UCSB, where I earned my BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography. Later on, I was invited to join the UCSB Dance Company, performing on stages internationally. My professional dance career then continued in Los Angeles, where I collaborated and performed with modern dance companies. Throughout my dance career, I discovered a passion for Pilates that reshaped my relationship with my body. Struggling with body dysmorphia as a dancer, Pilates became a new safe haven for me—a new relationship in a way that fostered self-love and appreciation. Through Pilates, I found my own inner strength, breaking through an appearance-focused mentality to embrace my confidence and authenticity from within. Specializing in pre-post natal care, I’ve worked with a diverse clientele, making fitness goals that aren’t just achievable but enjoyable for them. From high-intensity, slow resistance training Pilates to drawing influences from classical, contemporary, and strength-based Pilates, I've established a unique approach that makes each session an energizing journey. I was hand picked for Nike’s first ever wellness collective of trainers from across the country, and am proud to bring the “Just Do it,” mindset to the Eastside of LA.  As a proud daughter of Vietnamese immigrants, I’ve brought my upbringing’s work ethic and resilience into my studio. I love to prioritize inclusivity, guiding individuals from all walks of life to encourage compassion, strength, and success beyond the studio walls. She extends her own personal devotion to ritual and ceremony into her offerings both individually and in her group gatherings. SACRED SELF CIRCLE is an expression of her belief that ritual and ceremony are necessary and powerful aspects of our human experience sorely missing from the demands of modern day living. In SACRED SELF CIRCLE Fanya gathers and guides women in ceremony to recharge, rejuvenate, refresh, resource, reconnect and return to their own Sacred Selves. In Circle we enter a safe, candle-lit, music-filled container of community for women to move into rituals of gently guided yoga, breath-work, meditation, visualization, self-massage, heart opening, and movement, which yield deep relaxation, grounding, release, and powerful Self-transformation. "That one breathwork class was more powerful than all the years of therapy I've done combined."  - a testimonial from one of our returning students Breathwork is a deeply transformative practice unique to each individual, with profound benefits that revolutionizes the way we show up in the world with a newfound sense of strength and clarity. In this class, we'll center ourselves in a grounding meditation before being guided through the active breathwork technique, releasing any trauma, stress, anxiety, & stored emotions stuck in our bodies. Guided heart visualizations, sound healing, & cleansing lavender mist are incorporated in this vivid sensory experience to heal ourselves on a cellular level. Each class ends with a closing circle and communal art as a way to tap into our creativity and further integrate our individual and collective experiences.   Arrive ~10 minutes early to lounge in the space & make yourself a warm cup of tea, on us.  Parking lot available in the back- spots labeled for Quantum Clinic.
