Mariachi El Bronx & The Bronx - Super Show Australia Tour 2026

<p style="text-align: center;">Live Nation has today announced that <strong>Mariachi El Bronx</strong> and <strong>The Bronx </strong>will return to Australia with the <strong>Super Show! Band on Band Action! Tour</strong> in March 2026, marking a long-awaited comeback for fans across the country.</p><p style="text-align: center;">Born more than two decades ago as the creative and experimental offshoot of LA punk heavyweights The Bronx, Mariachi El Bronx has since carved out an impressive career of its own. Drawing on the band’s deep connection to the Hispanic music and culture of their Los Angeles home, the project blends seemingly contrasting worlds — but for the band, punk and mariachi aren’t opposites at all. They’re spiritually aligned forms of resilient, working-class storytelling.</p><p style="text-align: center;">“Punk rock and mariachi music are very similar in soul,” says songwriter and lead vocalist Matt Caughthran. “It’s working-class music. It’s real music.”</p><p style="text-align: center;">The Super Show! Band on Band Action! Tour kicks off in Melbourne on Tuesday, 3 March. Followed by stops in Newcastle and Sydney, before wrapping up in Brisbane on Saturday, 7 March. <p>Disco Lines was found off the coast of Venice Beach, California by a pod of emotionally</p><p>hyper-intelligent dolphins. They took him in and nursed him back to health using their sonar</p><p>therapy and fat blunts. Living amongst the dolphins, he quickly gained fluency in echolocation,</p><p>music theory, and synthesization.</p><p>After he hit puberty, he was banished from the pod when he remixed a traditional dolphin mating</p><p>chant into a tech house banger. Saddened yet inspired, he swam to shore, leaving his</p><p>delphinidae family behind, with nothing but his dreams and a USB full of IDs. These days, now</p><p>mostly land-bound and still carrying the faint scent of saltwater, Disco Lines travels the world</p><p>performing uptempo rituals that some scientists believe increase serotonin, libido, and often</p><p>summon nearby marine mammals.</p><p>He remains banned from SeaWorld for trying to free Willy.</p><p>He makes music.
