<p>Exactly two years since their last visit, <strong>Suicidal Tendencies </strong>return in late 2025 with a series of firsts, which is not something often associated with a band well into their fifth decade!</p><p><br></p><p>ST will be in Australia as special guests on the monstrous <strong>Metallica</strong> M72 tour along with <strong>Evanescence</strong>. </p><p>However, not being people to sit on their hands the Suicidal crew will be filling their ‘off’ days with a series potent headline shows in all cities on the tour...</p><p><br></p><p>Those series of firsts?</p><p><br></p><p>First new single from ST in 7 long years with <a href="https://open.spotify.com/track/5Yi6eWcwVdEb9Cl8KPxLrB?si=05f5d9d21c314170"><strong>Adrenaline Addict</strong></a> feat Australia’s Nisha STar</p><p>First <strong>Suicidal Tendencies shows</strong> in Australia to feature <strong>Jay Weinberg </strong>on drums </p><p>First shows in Perth and Auckland since 2018</p><p><br></p><p>The 2025 lineup of <strong>Suicidal Tendencies </strong>includes founding member, vocalist <strong>Mike Muir</strong> alongside guitarists <strong>Ben Weinman</strong> (<strong>The Dillinger Escape Plan)</strong> and <strong>Dean Pleasants</strong>, bassist <strong>Tye Trujillo</strong></p><p>(son of Metallica's <strong>Robert Trujillo</strong>)as well as the band's latest addition, drummer <strong>Jay Weinberg</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>Support on all shows will be <strong>Big Noter</strong>, the brand-new project from Australian hip-hop icon <strong>Briggs</strong>.</p><p>Now trading hip-hop beats for guitar riffs, Big Noter is a sonic return to the heavy sounds he grew up on, tapping into his hardcore, punk and metal roots with a full live band in tow.</p><p>Working with acclaimed engineer & producer Nick Didia (Rage Against The Machine, Pearl Jam, Bruce Springsteen), Big Noter is set to drop their debut album in 2025.</p><p><br></p><p>Hailing from the sun-soaked streets of Venice, California, ST was the brainchild of the unstoppable force known as Mike Muir, younger brother of original Z-Boy and Dogtown Skateboard founder Jim Muir. </p><p>Picture this: it’s the early 80’s and Muir takes the essence of skating, surfing, and the Dogtown scene and infuses it with a new style of hardcore that forever changed the punk and metal landscape. Suicidal Tendencies hit the stage with a uniqueness that ignited a wild frenzy among crowds. Flipped up hats, hand-drawn shirts, and bandanas became their signature and was instantly recognisable and defiant.</p><p>Blending punk, metal, and hardcore into something else: Skate-Punk-Thrash, they shattered musical boundaries and left a trail of awe-inspiring chaos in their wake. With their aggressive sound and unapologetic attitude, they became favourites among the extreme sports community, pumping adrenaline into the veins of every skateboarder, surfer, and thrill-seeker out there.</p>
