Ruben Lee Dalton and the Offshores will be performing at Standing Sun Wines November 1st to celebrate their long awaited return to the stage. The concert will include the full band and many of their new songs, along with favorites from past. Its been too long since their compositions have been shared with fans, so come on out to Standing Sun for an evening of original LIVE music Ruben Lee Dalton is a Mid State, homegrown singer songwriter. He has been writing, recording and entertaining in the California Mid-state area for the last fifteen years. Ruben is a native Southern Californian, and has worked with Music producers Gray Bear Ericson and Martin Young, both, not only accomplished producers, but virtuoso musicians. The band, “the Offshores”, also local residents and accomplished touring musicians, will contribute to the full and rich sound of Ruben’s original acoustic/folk/rock/Americana style sound. Ruben has been compared to many popular artists, such as Marc Cohn, Mark Knofler, John Prine, and Jason Isbel, to name a few. His music is lyrically strong resulting from his years of writing as a poet.
