FUN-BASED UPSKILLING SESSIONS  Please note - Booking age groups for 2025/2026 season  3 Day Camp - 09:30am - 15:00pm EACH DAY Saracens Skills Camps are run over two full and exciting days for rugby players within U7 – U14 age groups. With the aim of improving the rugby specific skills as well as goal setting, decision making and leadership skills, coaches will tailor activities to the needs of individual players. Each day will follow a structured schedule of rugby activities with players enjoying access to several different coaches, but with plenty of time and focus on having fun and developing friendships. All provided in a safe and secure environment. U12s-U16s (Full Days)- 10:00-15:00 Registration - 09:30 Daily Structure - 10:00-10:30 – Activation and Warm Up 10:30-11:15 – Attack Focus Day 1 – Go Forward & Support Day 2 – Contest for Possession & Continuity Day 3 - Gain Posession & Go Forward 11:15 – 12:00 – Defence Focus Day 1 – Structures/Shape & Continuity Day 2 – Contest for Possession & Go Forward Day 3 - Apply Pressure & Contest for Possession 12:00-13:00 - Lunch 13:00-13:30 – Transition Game 13:30-14:15 – Preparation for contact and Contact Skills Day 1 – Tackle technique Day 2 – Ruck technique Day 3 - Maul Technique 14:15-14:40 – Age Grade Regulation Introduction 14:40-15:00 – Showcase Game 15:00 - Pick Up
