Known for his intricate guitar work, poetic lyricism, and deeply immersive live performances, Mulvey was last down under three years ago. On this visit he’ll perform four exclusive headline shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, delivering a profound live experience that resonates long after the last note.</p><p><br></p><p>From his early studies in ethnomusicology to his time in Havana and his role in co-founding the Mercury-nominated Portico Quartet, Mulvey’s career has always been about exploration – both of sound and spirit. His debut solo album, <em>First Mind</em> (2014), earned critical acclaim and a Mercury Prize nomination, while his follow-up, <em>Wake Up Now</em> (2017), expanded his artistic scope. His 2022 album <em>New Mythology </em>delved further into the spiritual and mythic dimensions of songcraft, leading naturally to his latest release, <em>The Dark Harvest</em> album – <em>Part 1</em>. These records see him working alongside a cast of world-class collaborators, including the legendary producer Jimmy Hogarth (Amy Winehouse, Paolo Nutini), the boundary-pushing Leo Abrahams (Brian Eno, Jon Hopkins), and the globally renowned Parisi Brothers (Ed Sheeran, Fred Again). <p style="text-align: center;">Born Stella Chronopoulou, Σtella is an Athens-raised pop artist whose sleek, melodic songwriting has made her one of modern Greece’s most notable musical exports. She grew up just above the city in a quiet, rural suburb—an easy going backdrop that subtly colours her warm, unhurried aesthetic—before settling near downtown Athens.</p><p style="text-align: center;">Following her Sub Pop debut Up and Away (2022), she surged past three million monthly Spotify listeners, underscoring her international reach. Adagio (out April 4, 2025) is Σtella’s fifth album and a warm, 27-minute meditation on love, rest, and time—sleek pop wrapped in nylon-string guitars and featherlight percussion.</p><p style="text-align: center;">Its spark came during an 11-hour ferry ride to Anafi in 2019, when she sketched the first ideas that would later become “Omorfo Mou,” marking her first time singing in Greek alongside a tender cover of Litsa Sakellariou’s 1969 classic “Ta Vimata.” Written over five years with international collaborators—including !!!’s Rafael Cohen and songwriter Gabriel Stebbing—Adagio was produced by Σtella and mixed by Edmund Irwin-Singer.
