His expert coaching hones your lead/follow connection and refines your timing, so you move with confidence and flow. Pamelita 2017 North American Olympiad champ and biomechanics guru, Pamelita will break down advanced leg hooks and weight‑shift mechanics to deepen your musicality and frame.
