Heart-Opening with Ceremonial Cacao We begin with a warm cup of ceremonial-grade cacao—a gentle medicine known for its ability to open the heart, enhance emotional clarity, and connect you to your inner wisdom. 🖊️ 2. Guided Journaling & Intention Setting Then, you’ll be led through guided prompts to uncover insights, clarify intentions, and bring awareness to what you’re ready to release—or call in. This makes the experience deeply personal and unique. 🔔 3. Meditative Sound Bath for Integration Finally, integrate with an immersive sound journeyfeaturing gong, Koshi chimes, and Native American flute—frequencies chosen to support emotional release and nervous system restoration. You’ll emerge feeling grounded, clear, and connected. 🧘‍♀️ What Makes This Experience Different? Most sound baths start and end with sound.
