This class teaches the basics of growing your first vegetable garden. Come and learn what you need to know about where to plant your vegetables, which plants to choose, and how to care for your garden all season long. This class is offered by the U of M Extension Master Gardener volunteers of Ramsey County, who are eager to share research-based gardening best practices with the people in their community. Instructor: Ramsey County Master Gardener Cost: $5/Free for Co-op owners This class will be offered online via the Zoom app so you won't have to leave your house. After registration, an email link to join this presentation through Zoom will be emailed to you as well as a handout that we will be using in the class. Please plan to connect to the Zoom meeting 5-10 minutes early to troubleshoot the technology and get settled in before class starts.  ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Register for the class by clicking ‘Get Tickets’. This workshop takes a holistic approach to breast health, offering knowledge and practices that go beyond statistics. In this class, participants will explore the importance of breast health and its impact on overall well-being, learn holistic strategies to promote healthy breasts, including lifestyle, and self-care practices, understand risk factors and proactive steps that can support long-term breast wellness, and gain confidence in recognizing the value of prevention and awareness. Instructor: Susan Schultz, owner, practitioner, and teacher at Healing Waters Health Center Cost: $5/free for co-op owners The class will be held at River Market conference room, 221 Main St., N., Stillwater. Susan Schultz is the owner, practitioner, and teacher at Healing Waters Health Center. Her curiosity about energy began during her work as an Occupational Therapist, specializing in craniosacral therapy. This exploration eventually led her to AcuEnergetics, an advanced energy healing modality from Australia.
