The Feast On® Signature Experience – A Taste of Thunder Bay brings together some of the region’s most talented chefs, producers, and beverage makers for a culinary event that’s as local as it gets. Hosted inside the vibrant Goods & Co. Market, this immersive experience will take guests on a journey through Thunder Bay’s food identity in an open market format with multiple chef stations and local entertainment. Enjoy a selection of dishes featuring Ontario-grown ingredients, brought to life and interpreted by local chefs from Feast On® certified businesses in the city: AfroGourmets, African Lounge, Donato's Bakery, Red Lion Smokehouse, Nomad by Pinetree Catering, Wooside Catering and a special guest chef originally from Thunder Bay, Hayden Johnston of Toronto's Richmond Station. Guests will also enjoy a signature winter cocktail from Woodside Bar, local craft beer from Sleeping Giant Brewing Company and VQA wines courtesy of Wines of Ontario. Whether you’re a local food lover or a culinary traveler, this is your chance to taste the best of Ontario in one extraordinary evening.
