Each dish is thoughtfully paired with Fraser Gallop Estate’s Parterre and Palladian wines, including a rare museum release. This is a rare chance to experience one of Margaret River’s most secluded estates. Last year’s event sold out—book early to avoid missing out. This is an all-inclusive event.

40th Cullen Wines International Chardonnay Tasting The Cullen International Chardonnay Tasting is a testament to the legacy of Dr Kevin John Cullen. What began as his annual gathering to celebrate his favourite varietal and producers has grown into one of the most important events on the Australian wine industry calendar. Kevin believed in Margaret River’s potential to produce wines equal to the best in the world, which led to the creation of the Cullen Wines Annual International Chardonnay Tasting to benchmark Margaret River Chardonnay against the finest from around the globe. Celebrating the 40th Year of the International Chardonnay Tasting, the event will be held on Saturday, 22nd November, featuring the incredible 2021 vintage. Guests will enjoy three brackets of tastings followed by a sumptuous lunch. Vanya Cullen is honoured to continue the tradition started by her father, sharing and enjoying some of the finest Chardonnays the world has to offer.
