✨ Immerse yourself in the world of magical music from the cult fantasy based on the novels of the same name by J.K. Rowling - the most enchanting event of autumn for the whole family, an experience not to be missed! The evening programme includes music from unforgettable fantasy films of Harry Potter performed by the extraordinary Mystery Ensemble. The film's soundtracks were masterfully composed by John Williams. The composer wrote the music at his mansions in Los Angeles and Tanglewood and then recorded at Abbey Road and Air Lyndhurst studios in London in September 2001. The film features many characteristic leitmotifs, most of which were repeated in the second part of the Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets franchise. The main composition, "Hedwig's Theme", is present in all films in a modified form. The soundtrack was released on October 30, 2001, on CD media. On December 14, 2001, the soundtrack was certified gold in Canada (50,000 units) and in January 2002 in Japan (100,000 units). In 2002, John Williams was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Music for a Film but lost to Howard Shore, who wrote the compositions for another fantasy film, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, another fantasy film, “The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring”, music from which can also be heard at our concerts. The album became a success, peaking at number 48 on the Billboard 200 and number two on the Top Soundtracks Chart. In the official UK charts, the album was at number 19. Duration: 60 minutes (doors open 30 minutes prior; late entry is not permitted). Doors open at least 30 minutes before the concert. Out of respect for guests and performers, late entry may not be permitted. We cannot guarantee your original seats after the concert begins. DAY FEVER HAS TAKEN OVER THE COUNTRY! The day-time clubbing event started by Vicky McClure, Jonny Owen and Reverend & The Makers has swept the UK since it’s launch in 2024 ‘The day-time disco that doesn’t ruin your Sunday’ has amassed a huge following with thousands of punters packing out clubs and theatres every weekend to dance the day away from. A whole generation who perhaps thought their clubbing days were behind them are blazing a trail for a new way to enjoy themselves. Day Fever prides itself on creating a safe-space where people can just be themselves. No dress code, no egos, just enjoyment and positivity. This has seen a loyal fanbase leading to sold out shows in some of the countries most famous venues. The music policy is simple, the greatest hits of the 20th century. Why can’t Madonna sit next to Madness? Pulp go back to back with Prince? The Stone Roses and The Rolling Stones? 90’s dance classics versus a spot of Motown? Why choose when you can enjoy it all? Vicky McClure says ‘Travelling up and down the country and seeing so many people enjoying themselves has been such a joy, we’re just so happy that people feel comfortable at Day Fever and meeting and hearing everyone’s stories has made us realise how important it is for us all to take some time out of life and just have a bloody good dance!’ Follow DAY FEVER on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X - @DAYFEVERUK OVER 18S ONLY/ID REQ, NO BAGS BIGGER THAN A4 SIZE
