Event Information
The sessions will explore and bring awareness to your own internal panel of doctors: Dr Quiet, Dr Diet, Dr Happiness and Dr Movement, who are all alive and active at the physical, mental and emotional level of your reality.
These educational and practical sessions are designed to help you take responsibility for creating awareness and change and improve your lifestyle choices in the 4 key areas of personal wellbeing. Each week will start with a lively discussion introducing one of the doctors, then follow with a practical session of integrated movement, breath and relaxation.
Please bring along a notepad and pen and wear comfortable, layered clothing that will allow you to move freely and relax. Arrive at least 10 mins before the start time to get sorted & settled. Please note that there is a Maximum of 10 Participants per class.
