The Dow Event Center has a clear bag policy and is cashless for all events. Only credit cards and debit cards will be accepted at all points of purchase, including parking. Dow Bucks – Available at the Box Office in $5 increments for cash. Dow Bucks can be used at all concession stands managed by Legends throughout the building. $20 cash = $20 in Dow Bucks. (No limit per guest.) Only available with USD. Visa Gift Cards – Available in $20 increments at the Box Office. A $2 bank processing fee applies per card (i.e. $22 cash = $20 card value).
