Public Tour of the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre Centre
Event Information
Join us for a guided tour of this National Historic Site - the last operating double-decker theatre in the world! The tour is 90 minutes long and recounts the history and restoration of the complex. Visit the original and new lobbies, the elegant Elgin Theatre and the whimsical Winter Garden Theatre, and view samples from the world’s largest collection of vaudeville scenery. This is a guided walking tour, not a photography tour. Photos are permitted at the discretion of the tour guide. No tripods are allowed and visitors must stay with the group. Public tours are available in English only. Please note that tour includes walking and stairs. All visitors including children and infants require a ticket. You must reserve your tickets ahead of time. No walk-ups or in-person purchasing allowed.

Paint-to-Print: Monoprint Explorations
Event Information
Paint-to-Print: Monoprint Explorations (5 Weeks) Tuesdays Feb 24 to March 31, 2026 6pm to 9pm With artist Shannon Moynagh Fee: $350 plus tax During this 5-week class participants will explore 2 painterly printmaking methods. First we will create a silkscreen monoprint using watercolour and other water-soluble materials. We will then explore gel plate printing, using acrylics, photocopy transfer, and other experimental techniques. This class is perfect for painters who love print media, would like to learn printmaking techniques, or those who love to explore alternative methods. It’s also ideal for printmakers who would like to add painting to their repertoire. Artists of all skill levels are welcome; all materials provided with class fee. Please note that as of January 2025, masks are now optional in the studio. You may still be asked to wear a mask while using certain materials for your own safety. Please stay home or wear a well-fitted N95 mask if you feel like you may have some symptons of illness. inPrint is located at 58 Wade Ave, Unit 8a. The closest subway station is Lansdowne Station, with available paid parking on the east side of the station. At this time, inPrint's studio is not mobility-friendly. REFUND POLICY: Refunds available up to 48 hours prior to class start. We will also refund day of ONLY in the case of illness (honour system, thanks!), but you must tell us same day with an email prior to the start of class. We will also refund in the case of our own cancelations. No refunds or credits if you no-show without notice indicated here. Missed classes in multi-day courses do not qualify for discounts/refunds.
