Wheelchair and companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement in the Orchestra & Dress Circle Levels. In the Orchestra, companions will have a seat provided to them beside the wheelchair. Please note that wheelchair patrons and companions are NOT seated together in the Dress Circle. The companion seat is located in a row in front on a lower level from the wheelchair seat and is separated by a wall. Accessible seating in the Dress Circle area is not recommended patrons who require verbal contact with the accompanying companion. Additional companion seats may be purchased in sections nearby. The concourse area is completely accessible with entry from the main entrance doors. Elevator access available from the main lobby to the Dress Circle Wheelchair accessible washrooms on the orchestra level and the 3rd floor. Depending on show configuration and stage set up, some sections may not be open for all events.

One of the earliest pioneers of both the synthesizer and the Free Jazz revolution of the 1960s, Sun Ra used the Arkestra to send a strong spiritual and musical message to the universe, making it better through positive vibrations, Afro-futurism, and music. In 2025, the Arkestra is known worldwide for their live shows that combine big-band swing, space-age free jazz, be-bop, singing, dancing,chanting and Afro-pageantry. The 14 piece Arkestra has been at the forefront ofAfro-futurism since their inception, and received Grammy Nominations for their recent albums Lights on A Satellite & Swirling. The Arkestra has only performed in Vancouver a handful of times in its 70+ year history, and Infidels Jazz & MODO Live are proud to be presenting this legendary ensemble at the Pearl on Feburary 24th. Note: for events where accessible seating is offered on the floor, patrons should be aware that seats are not on a riser so may be obstructed. Additional companion seats must be purchased in sections nearby so that guests requiring accessible seating on our wheelchair platforms can be accommodated. Depending on show configuration and production requirements, some sections may not be available for all events. Rogers Arena is fully accessible with a separate dedicateddrop off/pick up entrance (located at Gate 16 on Abbott St.). Patrons that are picking up tickets at Will Call can arrange with the Guests with Disabilities Office by calling: (604)899-7440, or the Pepsi Live Ticket Centre, to have their tickets held for them at the WC entrance. (located at Gate 16).

BC Place Stadium - Drop off area Lot 457 is accessed directly off Pacific Blvd, and BC Place will also provide a wheelchar escort if necessary. Accessible seating is generally located at the top of Sections 108, 109, 110 & 111 and can be accessed from the concourse although for some events, seating may be avaialble on the floor. Companions will have a seat provided to them beside the wheelchair. Additional companion seats may be purchased in sections nearby. All entrances and washrooms are fully accessible for all guests. Two elevators are located in the Arena for wheelchair access to all levels. Patrons with disabilities receive preferential access to elevators during all events held at Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre. Accessible parking is available at the Thunderbird Parkade, and all other lots located within a short distance of the venue. The accessible drop-off area is located at the east entrance on Wesbrook Mall. Depending on show configuration and production staging, some seats may not be open for all events.
