2025 - 2026 Brampton Steelheads Tickets PLEASE READ the below event information: - Doors open 1 hour before puck drop. - You will be required to show your digital ticket to gain access to the venue. - Ticket inquiries can be directed to the Gate 1 Box Office on game day.

Accessibility Information

Wheelchair and companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement on the main concourse level, usually to the left of the stage. Depending on show configuration and stage placement, this could change to the right side of the stage. For events without floor seating, seating will be added to the rear portion of the floor on a show by show basis. Additional companion seats may be purchased in sections nearby. The concourse area is completely accessible with entry from the main entrance doors. There are also washrooms on the concourse level, all offering wheelchair accessibility. Accessible parking spots are located across from the main venue doors.
